Refund policy

Products (excluding memory card packs) - 30 day in resalable, unused condition in original packaging. Please contact us with your return request after you have read our terms below.

Memory Card Packages - 30 days on unopened packages only. In the rare occurrence of your memory card being defective, we will replace it with the identical product at no charge once we receive back the defective disk.

Downloaded Data Files - No returns on data files once you have downloaded them from our server. Our server shows successful downloads and once you have possession of them, you cannot return them.  Data files are guaranteed to work. If you have any issues we will email you replacement files.

If you are not happy with your Product purchase, you may return the item to us within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping unless your return is due to our error.

For a Full Refund

• Items must be in new, resalable condition  
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories  
• Media items (for example, Fishing & Dive Sites memory cards) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap; opened media packages are NOT returnable.
 
Items returned that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a America Go Fishing error will be assessed a 50% restocking fee.
 
Please properly pack items securely to avoid damage during shipping. Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. 
 
Once we receive your returned Product purchase we will credit you for the product you purchased and any sales tax. Original shipping cannot be refunded unless it is our error.

Defective Products

Our quality control procedures ensure all products are shipped new and in perfect condition. If the rare situation arises that a product is defective, we apologize and are happy to refund your purchase or replace the product. We reserve the right to determine if a product is defective.

Any defective Data Files will be promptly replaced via email with the identical item purchased. 

Any defective memory cards or data files contained on them will be replaced with the identical product you purchases either via email or we will ship you a new package. We reserve the right to determine the best method for replacement that is mutually beneficial.

Any defective Product purchases will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product in it's original packaging. If a product is determined to be defective, we will refund you the return shipping charges for defective product returns. If you decide you would like a full refund for a defective product, we will refund you the full purchase price plus shipping both ways.
